At certain points in life, effort stops being the issue.
Leaving us wondering, what now?
Rather than pushing harder, this can be an invitation to listen more closely to what’s already present within you.
As a developmental coach, I offer support in tapping into your intuition with care and intention. My work focuses on cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness and supporting meaningful change in everyday life.
Working together
I work with people who feel drawn to grow in a specific area of their lives and are looking for structured support to do so. This might be something you’ve already spent time thinking about, trying to change, or working through on your own, yet you sense there is more available than what you’ve been able to access so far.
My approach is grounded in the belief that you already have what you need within you. Our work together is not about fixing or prescribing solutions, but about deepening self-awareness, expanding perspective, and examining how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the situations you’re navigating.
Through conversation, reflection, and daily practices, we work together to discern patterns that may be getting in the way of what you want and support changes that can be felt and embodied in everyday experience.

Seasoned operator and newly minted developmental coach
I often describe my career as eclectic. I started out in food service, made a brief pit stop in retail, promptly moved into education, later transitioned into technology, and eventually found my way into venture capital. None of it was particularly linear or carefully planned, but each chapter was guided by curiosity, intuition, and a desire to grow and adapt in shifting environments.
Today, I work as an operator at a venture capital firm, where my role focuses on managing communications, running events, and delivering programs and initiatives that support founders beyond the mechanics of company-building. Over the past several years, this has included working closely with external practitioners to deliver leadership and development programs grounded in integral theory. Being part of that work, and witnessing how inner development ripples into leadership, relationships, and decision-making, is what sparked my desire to pursue coaching more directly. Now, I’m also a certified Associate Integral Coach, and my one-on-one work is shaped by the same developmental frameworks that have inspired my own personal and professional evolution.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mother of three and have been in partnership with my husband for nearly two decades. I care deeply about how we live, lead, and relate to one another, and I believe that personal development plays an irreplaceable role in helping people live more peaceful lives in an increasingly complex world.
